We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter to join our team!
Starting payrates between $25 and $40 per hour, depending on experience!
As a Lead Carpenter, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality craftsmanship, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of carpenters effectively.

Requirements- 5+ years of experience within Carpentry (specifically framing & finishing)
- 2+ Years of Management Experience
- Must be a resident of Dane County
- Must have a Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
