Job Description
Project Leadership: Lead and oversee hospitality renovation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Budget and Cost Management: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective measures to ensure profitability and budget adherence.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth project progress.
Communication and Coordination: Coordinate project activities, communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates, address concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with construction standards, regulations, and best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant
Proven Experience: At least 5+ years in the construction industry with a demonstrated track record as a Project Manager, ideally in hospitality renovations or similar high-end interior projects.
Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a strong foundation in construction principles and project management.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to effectively lead and motivate project teams, ensuring project objectives are met on time and within budget.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, clients, and team members, and to navigate project challenges diplomatically.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel bi-weekly, spending 2-3 days a week on-site across the East Coast and Texas, demonstrating adaptability and commitment to hands-on project oversight.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, or Bluebeam, along with a solid understanding of construction standards, regulations, and best practices.
Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality project delivery, compliance with industry standards, and client satisfaction.

Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve project issues promptly and efficiently.
