Sandton, Johannesburg: INVOICING/DEBTORS CLERK
Minimum Requirements:

Well presentable and professional
Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English a must
Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 2 years recent invoicing / debtors experience a must
Very good communication and telephone skills important (comfortable to liaise with customers)
Computer literate in MS Excel and Accounting software
Strong mathematical skills (figures, accuracy etc.)
Able to work well under pressure
Stable employment record (no job hoppers, no unreasonable gaps in employment record etc.)
Contactable references
To start as soon as possible

Duties:

Debtors & invoicing duties for Transport company
General financial administration duties
Client liaison
Assist with general administrative tasks

Salary: R 12 500.00 gross (not negotiable) + pension
