Over the past 60 years, this general contractor has established a strong reputation in not only Georgia but the entire Southeastern region. They have perform a variety of ground up commercial construction including big box retail, grocery stores, healthcare and municipal.

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to understand the scope of work.
• Measure and quantify materials, labor, and equipment needed for the project.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Compile and submit competitive bids, including pricing, timelines, and any clarifications.
• Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project objectives.

• Experience estimating for ground up, commercial construction projects
• Atleast 5+ years of estimating commercial construction projects
• Capable of producing varying levels of estimates from Schematic Design all the way through GMP.
• Capable of producing thorough bid package documents to send out to subcontractors for accurate pricing.
• Experience with procore, bluebeam and basic Microsoft programs.
