Job Description
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
  • Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.

The Successful Applicant
  • 1-3 years experience as an Assistant Project Manager in civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficient in construction management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
