  • time delivery within budget constraints.This position requires a business interface, high collaboration with others, and participation in a structured system across the lines of business to ensure effective solutions are in place and operating effectively.

Responsibilities : Ability to support at least one complex project requiring high levels of functional integration and multiple medium sized projects Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, Operations, Legal and Finance teams at multiple levels to accomplish lead to cash objectives Review and prioritize enhancement request from the Sales Operations organization while balancing ongoing strategic projects Ability to craft detailed project requirements to provide to IT development teams Ability to conduct user acceptance testing of features and functions provided by the development teams Ability to train non-technical users on features and functions Creating reports or dashboards to track team and project related key metrics.

Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings Communicate interdepartmentally to ensure client/ company goals and needs are clear and addressed in a timely manner Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (technology or science, or engineering-related field of study) and 6 years' experience in a related field The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years' experience; a Ph.D.

and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field Salesforce certified administrator or consultant in sales or service cloud Experience influencing a large and dispersed team Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience such as Program Management Professional (PgMP) / Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) / Agil Certified Practitioner (ACP) //PRINCE 2 Practitioner by AXELOS or Master Project Manager by AAPM) Five or more years of verifiable experience working on Waterfall and Agile projects Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and ability to influence Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with multiple project management software platforms with a demonstrated history of learning new systems quickly Familiarity with a Managed Service business model USD 106,700.00

The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
