Controller responsibilities include supervision of the accounting staff, month end closing, financial statement preparation and analysis, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, reviewing existing procedures and implementing improvements.
Minimum requirements: BS Degree, MBA or CPA are a plus, 10+ years' full cycle accounting experience, proven leadership skills and intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills. Our client is looking for a hands-on Controller with who is analytical and process improvement focused.
