1306 - TTGP Strike Group Senior Staff Training Program Manager
Sigma Defense is seeking a former Senior Naval Officer with Navy Strike Group experience for a position on our Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP) Team in San Diego, CA as a TTGP Strike Group Senior Staff Training Program Manager.
The ideal candidate is a former Senior Naval Officer (Strike Group COS, N3 or N6, or post Major Command) with experience operating within a Navy Strike Group and meeting numbered fleet tasking and warfare commander operational requirements as part of Strike Group operations.Repeat tours on Strike Group staffs may be substituted for seniority.

Requirements- Experience conducting joint military operations within a Strike Group, including oversight or management of Battle Rhythm and planning efforts.
- Experience observing, assessing, and coaching mid-grade and other senior officers.
- In depth experience conducting training using current fleet training methodologies/requirements or equivalent military experience.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified discipline.
Certification Requirements:
- Knowledge and Information Management (may be obtained within one year of hire).
Personnel Clearance Level:
- Candidate must possess or have the ability to obtain an active Secret security clearance.
Salary Range: $155,000 - $180,000 annually.
