Job Description
The Director of Quality will be responsible for:
- Quality Assurance Expertise: Serve as the primary resource for identifying, resolving, and reporting quality issues while driving continuous improvement.
- Effective Prioritization and Multitasking: Manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently in a dynamic product environment.
- Audit Oversight: Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with certifications and customer/supplier requirements.
- Problem-Solving: Facilitate root-cause analysis and problem-solving initiatives to develop effective solutions and process enhancements.
- Performance Reporting: Coordinate periodic management reviews and ensure accurate reporting of monthly performance metrics.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Director of Quality will have:
- Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field OR 10+ years experience within Quality at an Aerospace Manufacturer
- 7-10 years experience within Manufacturing
- AS9100 familiarity required
- Management experience of at least 3 years
- FAA Experience and NADCAP experience preferred
- Willingness to be Hands-On
- Strong Communication
