A company in the manufacturing industry in seeking a Staff Accountant to join their scaling team! As a Staff Accountant, you will have a variety of responsibilities that include the accurate processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer credit records, and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications with efficiency.
• Maintain and update customer credit records regularly.
• Resolve customer inquiries regarding their credit applications.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as necessary.
• Perform bank reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Regularly update the General Ledger and Journal Entries.
• Perform Month-End Close procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
• Utilize financial software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for accounting operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience as a Staff Accountant in the manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Solid understanding and experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger management
• Ability to prepare accurate Journal Entries
• Experience handling Month End Close procedures
• Proficiency in using NetSuite for accounting purposes
• Familiarity with Oracle software for financial management
• Knowledge and experience using QuickBooks for accounting tasks
• Proficiency in SAP for enterprise resource planning and data management
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
