Practice Coordinator & Project Management Assistant Opportunity Starting This Week!

Overview:

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented professional to join a thriving medical practice in a dual role, combining Practice Coordination with Project Management Assistance. This is a contract role with the potential for contract-to-hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Practice Coordination:

  • Communicate with patients scheduled for upcoming appointments, ensuring necessary lab work is completed at least two weeks in advance.
  • Coordinate lab orders and manage faxes, which may include prescription refills, lab results, and other medical documentation.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, assist with patient inquiries, and handle digital filing.
  • Place faxed documents into patient charts, sharing appointment notes or lab results with other healthcare providers as needed.

Project Management Assistance:

  • Support the ongoing building renovation project by managing administrative tasks such as tracking progress and scheduling contractors.
  • Ensure contractors have access to the building and assist with document preparation.
  • Coordinate procurement of supplies, vendor communications, and meeting arrangements.
  • Provide logistical support, allowing the building owner to focus on strategic priorities and patient care.
