Digital Marketing Consultant

We are in search of a Digital Marketing Consultant to support our client in NOVI, Michigan, with ongoing marketing projects on their team. The focus of the job is to manage all aspects of digital marketing operations, including content development, market research, social media strategy, and more.
This role offers a long term part-time employment opportunity. The ideal Digital Marketing Consultant will be able to meet with the client 1 day per week in person in Novi and work remotely the rest of the time. The Digital Marketing Consultant will support the President of this industrial engineering company with all marketing related projects - content, social media, web, analytics, email, CRM support, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer behavior.
- Organize materials for trade shows to ensure effective brand representation.
- Utilize graphic design skills to create compelling print and digital marketing materials.
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy using HubSpot to manage customer interactions and data.
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Create engaging content for LinkedIn to attract and retain audience.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
- Implement inbound marketing strategies to attract customers through content marketing, social media, SEO, and branding.
- Develop content for various platforms to engage audience and promote brand.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for designing and editing marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze Google Analytics data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and implement improvements.
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility on search engine results.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote our products and services.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, specifically within the Digital Marketing field.
- Proficient in using Content Management System (CMS) and CRM for managing and organizing digital content.
- Demonstrated experience in utilizing Google Ads for advertising campaigns.
- Proficient in interpreting and utilizing Analytics for campaign tracking and performance improvement.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies for increasing Brand Awareness.
- Experience in Campaign Planning and execution. Expertise in Graphic Design software.
- Proficient in using Canva for creating visually appealing digital content.
- Experience in using HubSpot for inbound marketing and sales.
- Proficient in conducting Market Research to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Ability to work onsite in Novi 1 day per week for a few months, then transition to remote work.
