Corporate Associate Attorney
A national law firm is looking to hire a corporate associate attorney, this role can be hybrid in their DC office or remote. Seeking someone with three - six years of experience, mergers and acquisitions experience is required. The firm represents government contractors and commercial businesses in a variety of matters, some of which include labor & employment, litigation, and construction.
salary: $150,000 - $237,500 per yearshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Doctoral
Responsibilities- Independently manage caseload
- Support deal team in business restructuring, complex mergers, purchase and sale transactions, etc.
- Negotiation and client communication
- Entity formation and structuring
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Admitted to DC or able to waive in
- Mergers & Acquisitions - Legal (3 years of experience is required)
- CORPORATE LAW (3 years of experience is required)
