Logistician Management Specialist

Overview:

LOGISTICS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (EO/IR 2025-22293):

Contractor shall provide project management support including, but not limited to, the following: coordination of project operations including management of records, schedules, and correspondence; analytical support; deliverables tracking; task management; and support the development of milestones and objectives for current projects.

Responsibilities:

Essential functions will include:

• Collect data from multiple sources, organize and analyze the information to be able to produce reports. Must be able to work independently and be detail oriented.
• Must be able to multi-task supporting multiple customers both internal and external.
• Coordinate meeting times, locations, and attendees.
• Prepare and provide meeting notifications and agendas.
• Record meeting discussions, issues, and action item assignments.
• Prepare action item correspondence for Government review and approval.
• Prepare and distribute finalized minutes with action items and attendee list.
• Assist in the resolution of Fleet concerns
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelors' Degree with one (1) to five (5) years of experience
• Experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Data Management, Supply Support, Packaging, Handling, Storage, and Transportation (PHS&T) are desirable but not required.
• Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts
• Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
