Physician/MD qualifications required) Family Practice - We are a thriving Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice located in the heart of Boston, dedicated to providing personalized, patient-centered healthcare. Our practice focuses on a holistic approach to medicine, emphasizing prevention, wellness, and the development of long-term relationships with our patients.
If you are a physician who embodies the spirit of the modern-day "old-time" doctor, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships with patients, please read on. By limiting the number of patients in our practice, we ensure that you would have ample time to give patients the attention they need for optimal health, and thus reduces your chance of burnout.
Qualifications- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in primary care preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational abilities.
- Empathetic, patient-focused, collaborative, and dedicated to continuous learning and improvement.
- Starting Salary: $225,000 with potential earnings up to $350,000 as you build to a full panel of 450 patients.
