Landscape Architect
Location: Telford, Shropshire
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week). Part-time considered
Salary: Dependent on experience + 25 days annual leave

Our landscape architecture work spans all RIBA Plan of Work Stages, including overseeing site work.Due to continuous business growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate professional to join our friendly and dynamic team.
Role Description
A key aspect of this role is the ability to explain and articulate design ideas to a broad audience, transforming concepts into reality. We are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect or Landscape Architect with strong design flair, an eye for detail, and excellent design communication skills.The role involves working closely with ecologists and arboriculture consultants to guide design responses.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in softworks, habitat creation, and biodiversity net gain, with high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD. Candidates working towards Chartership Status are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Experience
Candidates should have:
- A degree (or higher) in Landscape Architecture
- Relevant experience for the role
- Working towards or holding CMLI membership
- Knowledge of planning systems
- Experience in policy and strategy development
- Understanding of construction design requirements, including CDM
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using design and planning software
- A team-oriented approach and strong collaboration skills
- A valid driving license and access to an insured vehicle for business use (if required)
