Senior Director RCM-Gardendale, AL/hybrid

This is hybrid position split between Gardendale, AL office and home office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing client delivery, managing KPI’s, implementing process improvements, and driving operational efficiency, while leveraging onshore and offshore resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage team of 75 people
• Improve key KPI metrics like cash collection, account resolution rate etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, IT, and offshore resources, to develop and execute implementation plans.
• Assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement and standardization.
• Provide training and support to internal teams and offshore resources on process improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, adjusting as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
• Function as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle management operations, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and successes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to revenue cycle management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue cycle management operations, with a focus on process improvement and implementation.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with offshore resources and managing distributed teams is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management software and technologies, such as EMR/EHR systems and billing software.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to revenue cycle management, such as HIPAA and HITECH.
• Certification in project management or revenue cycle management (e.g., PMP, CRCR) is a plus.
