Staff Accountant (3+ Years of Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain financial transactions, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
• Reconcile bank statements, general ledger accounts, and sub-ledger balances.
• Prepare and review schedules for audits and tax-related activities.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
