Job Description

My client is seeking a Superintendent for their Interior Renovation Division to oversee a dentistry suite fit-out. This role is perfect for an experienced Assistant Superintendent ready to step into a leadership position or a Superintendent with experience managing interior renovation projects between $500K and $5M.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-site leader for the project, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, resolving disputes proactively to keep the project on track.
• Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and efficient scheduling.
• Collaborate closely with the VP of Construction and assigned Project Manager to execute the project effectively.
• Utilize Procore for project management and documentation.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction, ideally in interior renovations.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to resolve subcontractor issues independently.
• Proficiency in Procore or similar construction management software.
• Experience with higher education, healthcare, or similar projects is a plus.

• Salary: Up to $100K (based on experience).
• Healthcare: Standard plan with only $200 out-of-pocket.
• 401K: 3% company match.
• Mileage reimbursement for commutes over 50 miles.
