Responsibilities:- Administer 401k - RRSP, ensuring all aspects are in accordance with the regulations
- Efficiently manage ADP Workforce Now and Ceridian systems
- Handle all aspects of Cobra Administration
- Utilize CRM tools for maintaining and updating customer records
- Process and audit benefit functions as necessary
- Oversee claim administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct regular auditing to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Utilize Dayforce for various administrative tasks
- Ensure effective communication regarding benefit functions to all relevant parties
- Resolve any issues or inquiries related to customer accounts.
- Proficiency in ADP
- Financial Services is required
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now is a must
- Familiarity with Ceridian software is needed
- Proficient in CRM tools
- Knowledge of Dayforce software is required
- Experience in 401k - RRSP Administration is essential
- Auditing skills are necessary
- Must have a solid understanding of Benefit Functions
- Experience in Claim Administration is required
- Proficiency in Cobra Administration is a must
