Job Summary

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office/department, ensuring efficient workflow and effective management of office staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage office staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
  • Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
  • Organize and schedule office meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as required.
  • Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Assist in the management of office budgets and control expenses.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to supervise and manage office staff effectively.
Educational Requirements
  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA preferred).
Certifications and Licenses
  • Required: HIPAA Certification
