Job Summary
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office/department, ensuring efficient workflow and effective management of office staff.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage office staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
- Organize and schedule office meetings, appointments, and events.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as required.
- Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in the management of office budgets and control expenses.
- Handle confidential information with discretion in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to supervise and manage office staff effectively.
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree (BS/BA preferred).
- Required: HIPAA Certification
