Responsibilities:

• Manage in-house accounting functions, embracing both challenges and opportunities.
• Work closely with the investment team on portfolio valuations.
• Record and track investments, perform quarterly closes, and prepare financial statements for the fund and management company.
• Assist with audited report preparation, manage cash flows, support capital calls and distributions, and communicate with fund investors and external auditors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master’s degree is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in public/private accounting or fund administration, with a focus on investment partnerships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general accounting software; familiarity with Efront and Investment Café is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on accountability and ownership.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and uphold high standards of integrity in both individual and team contexts.
