eDS Attorney/Lawyer

Robert Half is partnering with a boutique firm in Orange County, who is in search of CA Attorneys to assist with large-scale business litigation document review. This role will be 100% remote, but candidates must reside in CA, and be licensed to practice law in CA.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough review of legal documents related to the case
• Use e-Discovery tools to identify, collect, and analyze electronically stored information relevant to the dispute
• Collaborate with the team to strategize on the case based on the findings from the document review and e-Discovery process
• Provide legal advice and recommendations based on the reviewed documents and findings
• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in California.
• Must reside in in California!
• Requires a minimum of three years of experience as an attorney, preferably in e-Discovery and Document Review.
• Exposure or experience within business litigation.
