Mercer Salon is looking for independent contractors who are hardworking ,professional, enthusiastic and dedicated. Our team is looking for talented and reliable booth renters for manicurists , hair stylist, esthetician and microbladers with a determination for success.
You must have a minimum of 2 years experience and established clientele. Please apply if you meet these requirements.
Job Purpose:
Serves clients by preparing, conditioning, cutting, and styling hair.
Duties:
Prepare hair for styling by analyzing condition of hair, shampooing, and treating hair.
Condition hair and scalp by adding treatments.
Plans desired effect by studying facial features, examining potential styles, conferring with client, and making recommendations.
Produces desired effect by arranging, shaping, curling, cutting, trimming, setting, lightening, coloring, or tinting hair.
Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
Maintains safe and healthy conditions by following organization standards and legal regulations.
Qualities we are looking for include: You must have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic and work well with others. You must be flexible to include working weekends (Saturday’s).
Experience we are looking for include: Cosmetology license. Proficiency with latest salon techniques. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
