Customer Service Representative
Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Largo, FL. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that we deliver outstanding service to our customers. As a CSR, you will collaborate with customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure we meet our commitments and create a positive experience at every step.
Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Shift Details:- Fluctuating hours, Monday through Saturday, with shifts between 7:00 AM
- 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM
- 5:00 PM, 9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM, and 10:00 AM
- 7:00 PM. All shifts include a one-hour lunch break.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues
- Monitor and track the progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications:
- Required: Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: 1+ years of related experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Excellent multitasking abilities and strong organizational skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure while exceeding customer expectations

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
