Job Description
  • Oversee construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage financial aspects, including contracts and project expenses.
  • Conduct regular site visits and safety inspections.
  • Hold weekly progress meetings with stakeholders.
  • Implement quality control and ensure compliance with regulations.

The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years of construction management experience.
  • Proven track record managing commercial projects ($1M-$25M).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in construction scheduling and budgeting.
  • Experience with Procore (preferred but not required).
