A Supply Partner Development Engineer is needed for a multinational manufacturing company that produces and distributes trucks, buses and construction equipment, as well as marine and industrial drive systems in the Greensboro, NC area. The Supply Partner Development Engineer focuses on enhancing supplier performance, resolving production issues, and ensuring supply chain stability for Group Trucks Purchasing in North America.

responsibilities:
- Engage closely with suppliers to identify and resolve production issues.
- Implement problem-solving techniques to fix supplier weaknesses and enhance production systems.
- Monitor and manage high-risk suppliers to prevent disruptions to company operations.
- Support resourcing activities away from troubled suppliers when necessary.
- Foster strong collaboration between Supplier Development, NA SNR, GTP, and global teams.
- Represent GTP at supplier sites, escalating critical issues as needed.
