Valid driver license with clean MVR - Must travel to multiple branches driving a company vehicle
High school diploma or equivalent
Cleans internal areas of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, and mopping. Washes windows, soffit, and outside of structures.
Performs repair or general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks.
Repairs and treats structures such as showers, floors, sinks, walls, carpets, and roofs.
Repairs door hinges, cleaning plugged key slots, changing filters on ventilating, heating, and air conditioning units.
Services kitchen, appliances, and emergency equipment, reporting mechanical malfunctions to appropriate party for action.
Removal of snow and ice on sidewalks.
Assists other departments with moving furniture and equipment and unloading and storing supplies.
Activating & deactivating building alarms; responding to alarm calls after & during regular work hours.
Maintains company vehicle and keep appropriate mileage records.
Hourly rate position - based on experience and/or education

General Duties and Responsibilities: Receives written work orders or verbal instructions from supervisor.
Cuts grass, trims weeds, trees, and shrubs, and performs other general landscaping on organization's properties.Cleans internal areas of buildings, including buffing, dusting, sweeping, and mopping. Washes windows, soffit, and outside of structures.
Performs repair or general maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds, and equipment at various sites including electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and painting tasks.

Overview of Schedule and Compensation: Typically working daytime hours during 8:00 am 4:30 pm.
