Registered Nurse Med Surg/Telemetry - RNMST24-14118

Duration: 3 month

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Med Surg/Telemetry unit, including monitoring patient vitals, administering medications, and performing assessments.
• Regularly observe and interpret telemetry readings, ensuring timely responses to any irregularities.
• Work as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, coordinating patient care with doctors, specialists, and other nursing staff.
• Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies and protocols.
• Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed while maintaining a compassionate approach.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, including safety regulations and infection control procedures.

Requirements:

License:

• Valid RN license in Ohio.

Experience:

• Experience in Med Surg/Telemetry nursing.

Skills:

• Strong skills in patient monitoring, telemetry, patient care, and collaboration.
