job summary: We are expanding to the US and opening an office in Raleigh, North Carolina.

You will be responsible for several functions in the organization including assisting in the set-up of the new office space and infrastructure and supporting staff and customers for seamless business operations.

Supporting other functions, especially Sales and Product Management department heads, you will serve as the first point of contact between the company and its customers, vendors and visitors.

Responsibilites include:

  • Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
  • Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
  • Support HR activity, including recruitment - correspondence with candidates, introductions and on-boarding with support from UK People & Culture
  • Organizing meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
  • Supporting Sales and Marketing staff with events
  • Liaising with the Landlord and suppliers with the office and facilities
  • Performing data entry, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information as required
  • Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
  • Creating travel itineraries and making travel bookings for business executives, employees and company events
  • Office Health & Safety compliance and management
  • Must have 3 current years of experience as a stand-alone Office Manager wearing multiple hats for an office including experience supporting an executive leadership team
