Project Assistant

The position requires proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries.
• Handle data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage project timelines to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to perform necessary tasks.
• Organize files and documents for easy accessibility and efficiency.
• Perform scanning tasks as required.
• Oversee shipping functions to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in construction estimating, providing necessary support to the team. • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within the construction/contractor industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
• Ability to accurately perform data entry tasks.
• Proven experience in managing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Capable of efficiently organizing and maintaining files.
• Experience in handling shipping functions.
• Proficiency in scanning documents and ensuring their proper storage.
• Knowledge of construction estimating is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
