We are in search of an Account Manager to become a part of our team based in New York. This role involves overseeing operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring service quality in the industry.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the execution of service delivery and maintain a high standard of operational excellence.
- Establish and implement standardized processes across all operations.
- Manage and track operational controls, and fulfill management information reporting requirements.
- Maintain clear and constant communication lines, ensuring all critical issues are addressed and promoting cooperation between operations and client services.
- Manage staff performance, setting business objectives, establishing priorities, and providing regular performance feedback.
- Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
- Resolve issues escalated by clients and communicate significant issues to the Operations Director and client services.
- Understand clients' businesses and the impact of our services on them.
- Monitor overall performance metrics of accounts/departments against contract/target metrics.
- Manage the hiring, development, retention, motivation, and performance of direct reports.
- Support the implementation of new business.
- Ensure that operational processes remain within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Possess strong knowledge of word processing.
- Be flexible with shifts to accommodate teammates in different time zones.
- Be prepared to travel as required. • Exceptional skills in Customer Service and Communication are essential.
- Proficiency in Reporting and Operations is required.
- Demonstrable experience in Planning and Compliance is crucial.
- Familiarity with Planning Processes and Budget Processes is a must.
- A strong understanding of Quality control and Scheduling is needed.
- Knowledge of "About Time" software will be beneficial.
- Experience in Hiring Processes and Billing is expected.
- Ability to manage Implementation processes is key.
- Willingness to Travel as necessary for the role.
- Proficiency in Metric Reporting and adherence to Best Practices is expected.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a TeamWork environment.
- Experience in KPI Reporting is a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of Printing processes or related industry experience would be beneficial.
- Ability to Resolve Issues efficiently and effectively.
- Understanding of Internal Control processes is required.
- Availability for Onsite work as necessary.
- Ability to manage and adhere to Timelines effectively.
- Proficiency in Word Processing software is essential.
