Registered Nurse- Full-Time Opportunity -Currently seeking RNs with a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in one specific specialty, rotating shifts.About the Position:Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader who truly cares about patient care.

We seek a Registered Nurse to care for our patients and facilitate their speedy recovery.Job Responsibilities:Demonstrates the knowledge and judgment needed to utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate each patients nursing care.Demonstrates respect for the rights of all patients and provides considerate, respectful care focused on each patients individual needs.Provides a safe environment for patients, visitors, and employees.Demonstrates a leadership role through clinical practice, supervision and teaching.Demonstrates competent clinical and decision-making skills.Demonstrates the ability to assess, treat and care for the unique needs of oncology and orthopedic patients.For assignments greater than 75 miles from home:?*block scheduling (home in between weekly blocks)*meal reimbursement*lodging provided*pay for travel time*rental car or mileage reimbursement*earn hotel and rental pointsQualifications:Education:Graduate of an accredited School of NursingLicense:Have a current license issued by Virginia to practice as a registered nurse.BLS requiredExperience:Minimum two-years clinical experience as med surg RN preferred.
