My client is a leading General Contractor specializing in Luxury Residential High-Rise construction in Manhattan is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join their talented team. This role offers the opportunity to work on iconic projects that redefine luxury living in New York City.

• Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day construction operations on-site, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control.
• Ensure that all work complies with project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, logs, and records of site activities.
• Communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support the enforcement of safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or similar role, preferably with luxury residential or high-rise construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, scheduling, and on-site management.
• Familiarity with construction software tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• OSHA certification (preferred).
