Helpdesk Specialist

Our organization is currently seeking a Helpdesk Technician to assist in spinning up our disaster legal services operations to support those affected by the recent devastation caused by Helene. We are looking to expand our time-sensitive response team with a dedicated individual who can provide high-level service to both our internal teams and affected parties.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting guidance for IT related incidents and service requests.
• Set up, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on both Windows and Mac platforms on user's computers.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for all tech-related matters.
• Answer all incoming helpdesk requests via phone calls, emails or live chats.
• Run small errands within the office as an office assistant, proving yourself to be a resourceful and adaptable team player.
• Uphold and promote the company's mission during disaster services operations.
• Proven prior experience in IT support or helpdesk role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Robust personality, demonstrating patience, empathy, and resilience.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
