Operations Support Associate - Tracking

Position Summary:

The Operations Support Associate for residential will be responsible for providing administrative support to the operations department and maintaining safety documentation and supplies. The incumbent will work with residential customers and be responsbile for residential contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track assigned routes and compare truck paths with house pins.
  • Files and maintains office information and ensures adequate supply of critical office and safety supplies.
  • Compiles safety records and ensures paperwork and data is continuously up to date.
  • Manages daily workflows including outgoing and incoming mail in a timely manner.
  • Communicates effectively with drivers and staff.
  • Assists in the onboarding processes of new staff to ensure all necessary paperwork is properly completed.
  • Provides occasional coverage of dispatch operations when there is a shortage of personnel.
  • Participates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values.

*NOTE* Our office will be relocating to the Quakertown area in the coming months.

Education, Experience & Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and be legally eligible to work in the US. A demonstrated ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment is desired.

Great relationship management skills, high attention to detail, excellent listening and communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook are required. Experience working with public sector or municipalities preferred.
