Nurse Aide Training Instructor

The Nurse Aide Training Instructor is primarily responsible for all aspects of the system-wide Nurse Aide Training Program and assists with system-wide training needs, including the learning management system.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Pennsylvania. Possess a Registered Nurse (RN) degree from an accredited college, university, associate’s degree program, or diploma from an accredited school of nursing.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with two years of experience as a RN.
- Must have been a Registered Nurse (RN) in a full or part-time status for at least one year in the provision of a long-term care facility service with a minimum experience of 200 hours.
- Must have an understanding of State and Federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities.
- Previous staff development or training experience preferred.
- Must successfully complete all required Nurse Aide Instructor trainings.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
