CTG is seeking to fill a Director of Technology and Facilities opening for our client in Philadelphia, PA.
Location: RemoteDuration: 5 Years
Duties:
- Lead the development and implementation of all technology systems, ensuring IT infrastructure, security protocols, and hospital systems align with the organization's strategic vision.
- Oversee the integration of advanced healthcare technologies, including Electronic Health Records (EHR), nurse call systems, medical equipment, and building management systems.
- Ensure all technology solutions comply with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA while enhancing operational efficiencies and patient care.
- Manage project budgets, technology procurement, vendor relationships, and installation timelines.
- Provide strategic guidance for future technology enhancements and digital transformation efforts.
- Lead cross-functional project teams for technology integration and facility operations, ensuring successful project execution.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership and external stakeholders, providing project updates, addressing risks, and aligning objectives.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies for technological and facility-related components, mitigating delays and compliance issues.
- Establish training programs for hospital staff and end-users on new systems and facilities operations.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and project management abilities, with experience in managing complex, large-scale technology projects.
- Expertise in healthcare technology systems, such as Epic, medical equipment integration, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with executives, clinical staff, and vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve challenges proactively.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in healthcare management, technology project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in overseeing large-scale healthcare technology deployments.
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems and compliance with industry standards.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $155,000 to $170,000. Salary offers are based on various factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications.In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
