Job Description

Construction Project Manager- Luxury Interiors
  • Lead the full lifecycle of luxury residential interior projects, focusing on millwork, custom cabinetry, and fine finishes.
  • Oversee and manage all phases of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors, particularly those specializing in millwork and custom finishes.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to ensure the final product meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Monitor progress on-site to ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and resolve any project-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Project Manager- Luxury Interiors
  • 3-5+ years of project management experience in luxury residential construction, with a focus on millwork and custom finishes.
  • Strong understanding of high-end residential design principles, materials, and methods.
  • Experience working with designers, architects, and subcontractors on bespoke interior projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and construction documentation.
  • Knowledge of New York City building codes and construction standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Local/commutable to Brooklyn, New York
