Are you fluent in both English and Spanish, detail-oriented, and skilled in customer service and basic accounting? We’re looking for a Bilingual Front Desk / Accounting Clerk to be the welcoming face of our office and support our accounting team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk duties, greet visitors, and handle phone calls in both English and Spanish.
- Assist with accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable.
- Maintain organized records and support administrative functions as needed.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Fluent in English and Spanish).
- Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or front desk roles is preferred.
