The minimum and maximum projected annualized salary for this position is: $72,600.00 to $114,631.20. Additional compensation may be possible based on experience and skills.

Responsibilities:

The CRE Portfolio Manager assists in the management of the loan portfolio of one or more Relationship Managers. Works closely with RM to facilitate new and existing credit underwriting; process loan renewals and track covenant compliance. Works with Relationship team to clear past dues, clear exceptions, review loan advances and pay downs, review borrowing bases and participates on phone calls and/or face to face meetings with prospective or existing clients.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in finance, business, economics or related field
  • 3 years of experience in commercial credit or real estate analysis
  • Experience with Commercial Credit Analysis

Preferences:

  • Good communications skills
  • General credit/underwriting knowledge
  • Intermediate skill level MS Office products
  • Banking product knowledge
  • Formal Credit Training or in-house training program (counts towards one year)
