We are seeking the talents of a US Project Manager (M/F) to join our US Development & Marketing Team and contribute to the next chapter of Sézane’s journey in the United States. This position will report into the Senior Project Manager of US Development & Marketing.This position is based in Los Angeles and will require regular domestic travel.
As US Project Manager, your responsibilities will be the following:
- Lead end-to-end project management of retail stores/pop-ups and other special projects, working closely with external and internal teams around architecture, design, construction, legal, insurance, signage, staffing, scheduling, merchandise & supply orders, shipping, visual merchandising, operational logistics, and external communication timelines to ensure the success of upcoming projects.
- Lead cross-functional communications and act as the main liaison between internal & external teams, actively reporting and sharing updates on timelines, budgets, key milestones & other relevant project details.
- Assist relevant teams in ensuring legal and contract adherence in regards to design, permitting, insurance, and other property requirements.
- Source, engage, and manage market-specific relationships to facilitate long-term partnerships and project success (facilities, operations, marketing, property relationships etc.)
- Responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of desired floor plans, finishes, and materials as specified by internal architecture teams, working closely with external construction teams to ensure alignment and attention to detail for each project.
- On-the-ground lead during construction, installation & opening of projects, actively communicating with offsite teams to coordinate needs and logistics ahead of merchandise installations and grand openings.
- Collaborate with marketing, influence, retail, and events teams to plan and ensure success of opening events and activities for influencers and customers alike.
- Must be Los Angeles-based and able to work in person at our West Hollywood office a minimum of three days per week, when not traveling for projects.
- Must be comfortable traveling and being onsite throughout construction and installation of projects, average duration of 3-4 weeks at a time for a retail store/pop-up project and 1-2 weeks for smaller projects.
- 3-5 years of hands-on projects manager experience, familiarity with retail build outs and managing external construction teams and vendors is a plus but not a requirement.
- Basic architecture and interior design knowledge and familiarity is a plus but formal degrees/certifications are not necessary.
- Proven track record managing fast-paced, high-expectations projects from beginning to end and coordinating with internal & external cross-functional teams on a large scale.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously with a small team.

- Bilingual (French/English) is a plus but not required.
Benefits
Annual salary range: $85,000 - $100,000, depending on skills and experience.
