We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the modernization of utilities in the area.
o Principles and practices used in the planning, design and relocation of utilities facilities.
o Contract administration principles and practices.
o Principles and practices of program development and administration.o Pertinent federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations, including public contract
and practices.
o Estimating principles and practices.
o Principles of supervision, training and performance management.
o Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing a project team.

o Able to prepare and review the preparation of plans and specifications.
Will be involved in the project from bid to completion. Budget, scheduling experience needed.

o Civil, structural, electrical, traffic, geotechnical, and mechanical engineering principlesand practices.
o Estimating principles and practices.
o Principles of supervision, training and performance management.
o Demonstrated experience in effectively leading and managing a project team.
o Proven ability to prepare and administer program budgets, and prepare cost estimates, and concise and accurate administrative and financial reports.
o Ability to effectively interpret and apply applicable federal, state and local policies, lawsand regulations.
o Able to prepare and review the preparation of plans and specifications.
o Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing MS Office applications
