Full-time Physical Therapist
Join our team as a Full-time Physical Therapist, where you will play a vital role on patients with diverse needs. You will evaluate patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide hands-on therapy to help individuals regain strength and mobility.Your expertise in evidence-based practices will guide you in implementing effective interventions while fostering a supportive environment for patient education and engagement. Together, we will help our patients achieve their functional goals and improve their overall well-being.
Salary: $95,000-$115,000 per year with full benefits and health insuranceSchedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM

Responsibilities:
- Administer the physical therapy treatment plan as developed by the Physical Therapist.
- Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities to patients.
- Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of clients progress and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week.
- Notify physical therapist or Director of any equipment failures and/or lack of supplies
- Apply concepts of infection control and universal precautions in performing patient care activities.
- Accept clinical assignments that are consistent with education and competence to care for patients.
- Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active California state license as Physical Therapist.
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
- Strong manual therapy skills and training.
- Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
- Ability to interpret, adapt, and react calmly under stressful conditions.
- Able to relate cooperatively and constructively with patients, families, and rehabilitation professionals.
