Business Process Analyst

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in Princeton, New Jersey for a Business Process Analyst. The selected candidate will be expected to analyze business processes within the company and propose improvements using their expertise in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, and Claim Administration.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current business processes and suggest improvements
• Utilize Atlassian Jira to manage tasks and processes
• Implement CRM tools to enhance customer relationship management
• Conduct Gap Analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Use Microsoft Excel and Word to document findings and recommendations
• Perform AB Testing to validate the effectiveness of proposed changes
• Work within an Agile Scrum framework to ensure timely delivery of improvements
• Understand Business Process Functions to align improvements with business objectives
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents to detail process changes and improvements
• Oversee Claim Administration to ensure proper handling of customer claims.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management.
• Experience in using CRM software for customer relationship management.
• Strong skills in conducting Gap Analysis to identify improvement areas.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word for documentation and reporting.
• Experience in AB Testing to optimize business processes.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions and their applications.
• Experience in creating Business Requirement Documents to guide project execution.
• Knowledge of Claim Administration processes in a business setting.
