• Liaise regularly with customers, providing them with a high level of service
• Identify and respond to customer service needs promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
• Review invoices post-service and confirm accurate billing as per individual contracts
• Maintain and update customer records consistently for easy access and efficient service delivery
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required
• Uphold a customer-centric attitude throughout all operations and interactions. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service role.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve customer service issues effectively and efficiently.
• Proven track record of providing superior customer service.
• Experience in handling billing processes and transactions.
• Familiarity with contract terms and conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
