• Conduct inspections of incoming materials and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine testing and measurements to assess product quality
• Document inspection results and report any non-conformities to management
• Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in the steel industry is a plus
• Availability to work part-time hours, including weekends as needed
