Customer Service Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Customer Service professional to join our team to support the sales team in driving new business for the organization. At ATI, we have been the leader in liquid crystal technology and temperature monitoring solutions for over 40 years.
The successful candidate will have the ability to performing customer facing tasks, including preparing quotes, processing and expediting orders, and maintaining proper records. As an integral part of the team, the Customer Service professional’s primary functions are:
- Processing and managing all income customer orders,
- Proactively expediting orders,
- Preparing quotes,
- Serving as first point of contact for Sales personnel.
The successful candidate:
- Possesses excellent relationship building skills both internally and externally.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment.
- Computer literacy, with great attention to detail.
We prefer at least 1-2 years’ experience in technical field within a business-to-business environment, with demonstrated technical aptitude, and a strong desire to make a difference in supporting our customers.
