Robert Half HR Solutions is supporting an international client with identifying talent for a Contract HRBP. This role is 100% remote and international HR experience is REQUIRED with experience in INDIA preferred. Work hours will be 6-3 pm EST or 7-4 pm EST with preference given to candidates in FL, SC, NC, VA, DE, or PA.
The HR Business Partner will serve as a critical link between the HR Operations department and the business by aligning people management activities with the organizational strategy. You will be responsible for advising global leaders in understanding organizational needs and collaborating in designing programs that build team morale, engagement, increase productivity, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the functional work and business operations of the business unit to balance people and business priorities.
- Collaborate with global business leaders to implement strategies focused on increasing employee engagement, retention, and team development.
- Guide and support managers through challenging conversations, including performance coaching and terminations.
- Coach, advise, and provide candid feedback to department leaders.
- Lead and project manage specific HR Operations projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with leaders on their hiring needs and strategies.
- Provide guidance to team members and management on policies, procedures, and programs.
- Develop and manage change management efforts across the organization.
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR Operations leadership to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct timely, thorough investigations, and make recommendations.
- Participate in all facets of the performance management activities.
- Partner with HR leadership on succession planning and talent development strategies for the organization, identifying critical roles and preparing potential talent and pipelines mentoring, training, etc.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee career development with our learning and development team to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer HR policies in compliance with all global countries, federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years HR experience
International HR experience is REQUIRED!
Solid understanding of Core HR principles and Benefit Functions
Ability to work with various Business Units
Excellent Communication skills with the ability to multi-task
Detailed oriented with strong follow-through
Strong knowledge of Compliance and Employee Relations
Experience supporting teams in India preferred!
Prior experience in Talent Management and Change Management
Proven track record in Employee performance management
Understanding of Business operations and Global operations
