We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Enrolled Agent to join our team in Stuart, Florida. In this role, you will be applying your tax expertise and accounting knowledge to prepare and review tax returns for a diverse range of clients.

You will also be contributing to our tax accounting processes and collaborating with our team to provide tax planning and advisory services.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and review tax returns for both individuals and businesses, utilizing your Enrolled Agent certification and accounting knowledge.
Work with various accounting software systems, including Drake Tax Software and Quickbooks Online, to facilitate tax preparation and financial reporting.
Conduct thorough reviews and corrections of Profit and Loss statements and Balance Sheets.
Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and changes to ensure that all processes are compliant.
Collaborate with clients and colleagues to provide insightful tax planning and advisory services.
Handle sensitive financial information with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Continually improve your skills and knowledge in the field of tax accounting and financial reporting.
Assist with monthly reconciliation and other accounting functions as needed. • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Enrolled Agent
Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
Proficient in performing all Accounting Functions
Skilled in conducting Auditing processes
Knowledgeable in Compliance and Entity Formation
Ability to prepare and analyze Financial Statements
Experience in managing Profit and Loss statements
Familiarity with Drake Tax Software
Proficient in using Quickbooks Online
Experience with Form 1120 and IRS Form 1120S
Experience with IRS Form 1065
Ability to Prepare Financial Statements
Experience in Balance Sheet Reviews
Skilled in conducting Monthly Reconciliation
